Payment Policy

• For all services, a down payment must be taken in order to secure a spot for the treatment. Down payments are $50 for all neurotoxin appointments, $100 for all filler appointments and half payment for all other services. Balance is due in full at time of appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but are applied towards the balance in full or can be transferred as a credit towards any other service or product we offer.
• Banked injectables are subject to be converted to a monetary credit on account if not administered in 90 days.
• We have an exchange only policy. Any payments made towards packages may be applied toward any other service that we offer. There is no guarantee of refunds on treatments paid in advance. Any refunds will be determined on a case by case basis after appropriate management approval. If and once approved, the refund may take up to 1 full billing cycle, or 30 days.

Cancellation, Late and Children in Facility Policies

• Pure Cosmetics requires 24 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. It is the responsibility of the patient to provide timely notice by calling or cancelling via email confirmation. Failure to do so will result in a $30 fee. If there is an existing prepaid package, the patient may forfeit one of the sessions in lieu of the $30 fee. 
• We ask that all patients arrive 15 minutes prior to each of his or her scheduled appointment times so that all appointments can run efficiently and timely. Arrivals past 10 minutes may result in a reduction of treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled if the medical provider or technician does not feel that there is enough time for a safe or effective treatment.
• Children are not allowed in treatment rooms and bringing them will forfeit an appointment. This is for the safety of the children and a courtesy to other guests.
