Pure Wilmington is our newest location in North Carolina, which opened in February 2016 and is additionally staffed with some of our experienced Raleigh team. We are so excited to be serving the area with our face, skin and body treatments! Not only do we offer the specialized treatments from our Raleigh office, we also have acne and tattoo removal treatments to give your skin the beautiful complexion you deserve.

MEET OUR PROVIDERS
Tammy Hilbert, MD
Dr. Tammy Hilbert has providing medical care in private practice for over 20 years. She earned her doctor of medicine degree in 1999 from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Her undergraduate degree in Zoology was earned at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she graduated magna cum laude. Additionally, in 2003, she completed her OBGYN residency program at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.
Dr. Hilbert made a natural transition into medical aesthetics as her OBGYN patients started to ask about Mommy Makeovers and anti-aging treatments.
She believes, "Feeling good about yourself has a positive impact on your overall health. I am excited to offer the latest minimal invasive technologies for skin rejuvenation and body contouring. The staff at Pure Cosmetics is exceptional. Patients can trust that their service will surpass their expectations."
Kara, PA-C
Kara received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and her Master’s Degree and PA certification from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She has happily called NC her home for the past 15 years.
Kara has been a Physician Assistant for over 20 years and has practiced in a variety of medical settings including Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care, Orthopedics, and Psychiatry.
In her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband and 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter and their cat, Kingsley. Her hobbies include cooking, hiking, practicing yoga and watching her son play soccer and her daughter cheer.

Carla, RN, BSN
Carla is a master nurse injector that has been with Pure since 2014, performing neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with an artistic eye. She takes her time to consult with each patient to make sure expectations and goals of each individual patient are met. She understands that everyone is different and makes sure that you are confident with her recommendations!
She has attended countless advanced trainings and conferences to ensure her patients receive the best possible results. She holds specialty certificates for all neuromodulators, dermal fillers, skin tightening, laser, HD Biostim injections, PDO threads and MLT (mesolipotherapy).
Carla graduated from East Carolina University in North Carolina with a dual undergraduate degree in Biology and Nursing. She loves injectables because it helps turn the clock back and makes people feel better about themselves!
Loren, RN, BSN
Joining the Wilmington team in 2024, you might recognize Loren from @the.skin.rn online! An advanced aesthetic nurse injector, Loren specializes in Lip filler, Cheek/Tear Trough filler, Botox/Dysport injections, Kybella and Chin/Profile correction.
Currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, she is excited to be furthering her practice of aesthetics even more. This field is her passion and is excited to bring her expertise and mastery to the Pure Cosmetics of Wilmington team.

Logan, Lead LME
Logan is our Lead Licensed Medical Esthetician and holds advanced certificates in laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, IPL, brow lamination, microneedling, dermaplaning, CoolSculpting®, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. She has been an integral part of the Pure Cosmetics team since 2016.
She loves patient education to help clients make the best decisions for themselves. Her organizational skills help provide clear expectations and create a methodical approach to ensuring the best results possible.
Some fun facts about Logan are that she cross stitches masterpieces, has a sassy cat named Bebe and enjoys all things Korean skincare related.
Clear+Brilliant® treatments are her favorite because it has minimal downtime and discomfort, while still producing a great WOW end result! Clients who want to maintain beautiful results and/or could use a little extra TLC on their skin can benefit from the results!
Sierra, LME, CPT
Sierra has been serving our Wilmington clients since 2019. She is a Licensed Medical Esthetician, holding advanced certificates for for Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal and Intense Pulse Light (IPL), and eyelash extensions. She also received her CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) certification in 2022 to better provide services like PRP (platelet-rich plasma) facials and to add to services like MRF and Microneedling.
Some of Sierra's hobbies include watching industry trends and running.
Sierra's favorite service is microneedling. Of course, caring for skin is her number 1 priority as an esthetician, and it's important to take care of the largest organ of your body! Ensuring your skin is well hydrated, has even tone and texture is the key for a beautiful canvas. She love seeing the full skin transformation from beginning to end and having her patients feel and look amazing!
Allie, CNA
Meet Allie, an invaluable member of the Wilmington office since it opened in 2017. Allie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team, holding advanced certificates in CoolSculpting®, Microneedling with RF, IPL, and Laser Hair Removal. As a go-to consultant, Allie specializes in providing "head to toe" consultations and has a keen eye for creating comprehensive transformation packages for patients.
In addition to her professional prowess, Allie is a multi-faceted individual with a love for exciting hobbies. She finds joy in activities such as roller skating, riding motorcycles, and being on the water.
A unique aspect of Allie's journey in the aesthetics field is her personal favorite service: CoolSculpting®. She is passionate about this transformative procedure because it empowers individuals to naturally reshape their bodies, addressing insecurities that life may not always allow them to change on their own.

Tonya, Consultant
Tonya is our primary consultant in Raleigh, providing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each person's individual goals. Her artistic eye is able to address the main causes of aesthetic concerns, providing you with results that you can maintain.
She has been a part of the Pure Cosmetics team since 2012, working on outreach with the community. With a background in cosmetology and the beauty industry, she understands that taking a comprehensive approach to achieving aesthetic goals is one of the most important steps.
Tonya's favorite services are from combination therapies! She loves being able to offer flexible financing, client support and patient education. She believes no question is silly, it opens an opportunity to ensure you are able to make the best decision for yourself!
Haley, Client Support
Haley is the newest addition to the Raleigh team!
A proud graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Haley brings a touch of North Carolina charm to everything she does.
Haley is a true NC native, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. When she's not immersed in the world of hospitality, you can catch her with her nose in a book, enjoying the company of her feline friend Haze, or taking leisurely strolls around Shelley Lake.
One of Haley's guilty pleasures is her love-hate relationship with PCDC fat dissolving injections—a service she swears by, even if it occasionally tests her commitment. With a passion for wellness and a knack for balancing the joys of life, Haley is a testament to the perfect blend of Southern hospitality and personal indulgence.
